So, I gave in and bought these yesterday... but only because they were ridic priced. Remember when I posted THESE well they came out with a high heel version. They're really light, and I like the laser cut design HOWEVER they do hurt if you're going to be walking around running errands all day like I was. They also come in black but I got these nude ones cause I figured it would be a good summer shoe. Anyway if you likes and have 20 bucks to throw around... I KNOW right ridiculous.. go to Agaci.

Want What I Can't Have

Why did I go to the mall again? Better yet why did I walk into a shoe store, when I'm on a shoe fast?? What's done is done, I sorta fell in love with these hidden platform mary janes... ohmygah! Anyway I've talked myself out of ordering them twice now, so someone who is a size 7 please buy these so I can borrow them, please and thank you!

At first I was like oh studs, but looking closer... they're little jewels embedded in the criss-cross pattern in the leather... hmm intriguing. Anyway its on sale half off at bebe. I promised no more shoes this year because I'm saving up for a special something ;) but I would totally rock these everywhere if I could haha

Went shopping with the cousins of Far&InBetween today and crossed a few gifts off my checklist :) It took a lot of self-restraint to not holiday shop for myself but I did it haha. Anyway I am officially in break mode. I only have 1 final left which I feel pretty confident about. I haven't been blogging much lately because of some last minute tests and papers. I also applied for a job at VS. Working at the mall might prove to be quite dangerous for my savings account but I wanted to try something different and hopefully fun...

I finally sat down with my user manual for my D5000 and figured out how to work the awesome wireless remote my sister got me!!!

These are some of the shoes I've worn this week alone! Seeee I actually DO wear the shoes I buy haha.

I got these jeans for 40% off, and they FEEL awesome. Sometimes I'm not sure when it is okay to splurge. Bags? yes! Food? yes! shoes? I've yet to try on very expensive shoes so I wouldn't know, but I hear that it is worth it, comfort and quality wise. Jeans?? in the past no I would not dare to spend 100+ on a pair of jeans but after trying on these I probably won't go back. It was an extra plus that I got these for $90.

More Wants

I know I've been lacking in posts, especially the outfit ones, but I'm waiting until I get a tripod. Perfectly balancing my camera on stacks of books is a pain, when I'm trying to get a certain angle (one that doesn't make me look short and stubby). Also I've been busy... I've finished 4/8 interviews and I'm waiting on my mcat scores which will be posted this tuesday. *anxiety* The waiting is the worst part... honestly why does it take a month? It's giving me an ulcer. Since I've got all this pent up stress inside online shopping had been my go to. Even if it's just online window shopping.

I know I said no to more shoes, but I've always wanted a pair of moccasins.

So I've noticed a lot of these drawstrings bags lately. At first I thought they weren't my style and reminded me of hippies but they've grown on me. Also I'm a fan of tassles lately.... Since it was on sale at forever I figured I would try it out. But then I realized if I spent $40 or more I wouldn't have to pay shipping, so I threw in a few more items. I know how flawed my thinking is, but I guess those incentives do work on suckers like me. Anyway as soon as I get my camera stuff more posts will come.

3rd Time's a Charm

Blargh, this is the third time I'm writing this post because blogger was being glitchy yesterday. I studied all day yesterday, and I finally feel semi-confident. Instead of the usual sweatpants and t-shirt that I wear to study I threw on these summery wedges to make myself feel better. I heard dressing up on test day gives you more confidence, does anyone else do that?

ALDO is having a sale! (and its awesome) I got these wedges above for $34 and a pair of peep-toe booties I'll wear in another post. It's official though my right foot is bigger than my left :/

I like the way slouchy draped shirts look on some people, and I see more and more of them in stores everyday, but I could never pull them off without looking like I'm drowning in them. I finally found one that I like, probably because the sleeves are more fitted and not so wide.

The black tights I'm wearing are from Target, and I really like that they're not see through.

The 3x3 die rubik's cube that I ordered the bf came in yesterday. Yeah it is weird...but he likes nerdy weird things like this. This is what it looked like when we first put it together... and I promptly messed it up within 5 minutes :( but its fixed now! Almost good as new :)

Tis the Season

It is the season for interviews! After worrying all morning and not getting much done I received an email from Texas Tech for an interview. The date was set for the 6th and the 13th...but I would be out of the state for both! Luckily I was able to reschedule for the 20th of Aug. It would give me more time to prepare and book tickets...unless anyone wants to come with me on a 9 hour drive to Lubbock!

In other exciting news...it's here! my much needed shoe rack. I talked my little sister into helping me assemble it.. but we finished in 5 minutes haha.

Ta Da! This is in the small size, it expands to 48" crazy.

So I contemplated putting the shoe rack in my closet, but it has two annoying sliding mirrors and I wouldn't be able to see all of my shoes at once. I ended up putting it at the foot of my bed, not fully extended because then it would look weird. But I easily managed to fit 11 pairs on it. My mom is not going to be happy when she realizes how many shoes I really have, but I prefer having them out where I can see them. Sometimes I forget I have them!

Moved the hamper to the closet to hide... These are the two sides of my closet, I don't hang much cause I like to fold (or throw) my clothes in a drawer.
